A free online tool,  Good4Work focuses on four areas – the way we work, the place we work, the way we connect and the way we lead.

WORKWELL

WorkWell is a free workplace wellbeing initiative which aims to create a happier, healthier and more productive workplace. WorkWell uses a multi-level approach encompassing organisational, environmental and individual strategies and a planned framework to best support your business goals and employees. Being part of WorkWell enables step by step mentoring, resources, and recognition through accreditation.

UNDERSTANDING OUR COMMUNITY

One of the main roles of Healthy Families Invercargill is to understand our community's needs. To this end, we work extensively with community organisations and champions to gather the voice of the community, and community insights, which are then used to inform decision making processes at high end level. Below are examples of the work we have done in this area.
